Homemade Gluten-Free Croutons

These delicious, crunchy full of flavor croutons are a great addition to your dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups gluten free bread cubed day old or slightly stale works best
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Place the bread cubes in a large mixing bowl and pour the mixture over top and toss well.
  4. Pour the bread cube mixture on the baking sheet lined parchment paper.
  5. Bake in a single layer on a for 12 minutes turning once halfway through. Bake until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let them dry completely. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
